"Hurricane Helene produced substantial damage to everything backyard-related. Gutters, gazebo, A/C unit, fencing etc. After producing a damage list, getting a couple of contractor quotes and filing a claim, it took the adjuster about a week to review the list and damages, and a few days later the "check was in the mail". I was actually surprised how fast the whole process went. Thank you, Albert! And thank you to the adjuster as well! Very professional!"

"The experience with my Hurricane Helene claim was as “pleasant” as it could have been given the circumstances. We received a phone call from State Farm 48 hours after our contact after the storm and was given very clear instructions on how to connect via the app. I received a call from Alfonso our adjuster a couple days later who asked questions about the damage and scheduled an appointment to meet about 3 weeks later. Alfonso was very thorough and professional and met his projected timeline for the repair estimate. As discovery continued Alfonso was excellent to respond to the additional information. The only issue we had was in receiving the payments timely as there was some snags with the electronic payments and the payments reverted to checks in the mail. I have been a long term State Farm client and am glad I am. Many of my neighbors did not get the service and response I did from State Farm. Thank you all!"
